Harriet, a native of Mount Desert Island, is an owner of The Knowles Company. With intimate knowledge of the area, Harriet provides her clients with a real sense of place. She enthusiastically assists both sellers and buyers, putting her 20-plus years of experience as a real estate broker to work for them.

Tricia, a native of another slightly larger group of islands, Great Britain, moved to MDI because the way of life here reminds her of growing up in England. With a background in librarianship, Tricia knows the benefit to both her buyers and sellers of thorough research, communication and personal service. Harriet and Tricia work as a team, finding the right property for the right buyer and going the extra mile to facilitate a seller's plans.
