Property Description:
From the deck of this Manset cottage, you can soak up the captivating views and sunsets of Southwest Harbor. Enjoy watching the sailboats ease in and out of the harbor, and delight in watching the “working” boats as they transition throughout each day. This sweet cottage has been lovingly renovated and updated for the summer of 2007.
FIRST FLOOR: Comfortable Living Room with large picture window offers harbor views. Kitchen with breakfast table for four and additional entrance. Dining Room with water view and table that seats 6-8 people.
SECOND FLOOR: Master Bedroom with king and picture window with views out to harbor and beyond. Pass-through Bedroom with twins. Bedroom with single bed. Full Bathroom with tub and shower.
LOWER LEVEL: Game Room. Additional private Bedroom with two double beds. Full Bathroom with tub and shower.
PORCH/DECK: Spacious Deck with furnishings from which to enjoy the views and boating activity of the area, both in Southwest Harbor and down Somes Sound.
APPLIANCES: Standard kitchen appliances including microwave. Washer/Dryer. Cable TV/DVD. Hi-speed wireless internet. Gas Grill.
NOTE: This cottage has access to pier and dock which is located just across the street. If you wish to bring a boat moorings are available for an additional fee and are based on availability and size of boat.
EXTRAS: Access to the pier and dock is available but children must be accompanied by an adult and children under 13 MUST wear a life jacket while on the pier or dock. If you bring you own boat a public launching ramp is located just down the street. Docking on Manset Yacht Service docks is allowed with advance notice to the yard and is for loading and unloading only. Boats can not be left unattended.
