As a member of a dock association, one has access to the pier, docks and a boat ramp to the east for hauling and launching your own boat or kayak. Enjoy sitting out on the deck watching the active working harbor or enjoying a quiet sunset while looking over the front lawn with the garden out to harbor and beyond. A one not to be missed.

Manset is most noted for its boat-builders, including the world-renowned Hinckley Boats. Ellis Boat Company and Lee S. Wilbur & Co. are also boat builders residing in this quaint village. The boating activity and dynamic character of Southwest Harbor add to it’s charm. Beautiful Seawall beach, Wonderland and Ship's Harbor are nearby for great walks and picnics.
