Opening once again for membership, the Bar Harbor Club invites you to socialize and relax with family and friends at water’s edge. Come enjoy the summer in Maine as it’s meant to be enjoyed. The Club has been revived to its original grand state and features clay tennis courts, state of the art fitness center, and oceanside food and beverage in the Pool House, and spectacular grounds in one of Maine’s most scenic oceanfront locations. Experience a world of self-indulgence at our spa and fitness center, engage in a friendly game of tennis or cool off in the ocean-front pool. We look forward to exceeding your expectations and welcoming you to the Bar Harbor Club way of life. The general public is welcome to revitalize in our Spa.
Kebo Valley Golf Club
Kebo Valley Golf Club was founded in 1888. It is the 8th oldest golf club in the United States and has challenged the skills of many of the country’s finest players, most influential politicians and leaders of industry. Nestled between Cadillac and Dorr Mountain in Bar Harbor, Maine, Kebo is a spectacular 6,131-yard, classic link and parkland golf course. Since much of Kebo Valley Golf Course shares its borders with Acadia National Park, you may encounter many forms of wildlife, such as Whitetail Deer and Red Fox, during your round. American Bald Eagles are also frequently seen soaring above the links.
The Causeway Club
The Causeway Club golf course offers nine holes of link style golf. With multiple tee options, the front nine plays to 32 par measuring 2266 yards. The back nine of 2410 yards plays to 33 par. We take pride in our small greens of velvet bent grass. Velvet has the finest texture of all the bent grasses and is one of the oldest grasses used for golf courses in Europe. It has served us well for over 80 years exhibiting strong resistance to disease and drought all while offering the golfer a smooth, velvety putting surface. Errant shots off of four tees bring water into play and, while length is not a major factor, proper club and shot selection will be rewarded. Designed by Alonzo Yates, all nine holes were completed in 1923 on what can modestly be described as a fabulous piece of property.
Northeast Harbor Golf Club
Northeast Harbor presents to the golfer the best of all worlds — 13 magnificent wooded holes surrounded by thousands of trees and 5 traditional links-style holes, significant elevation changes, very small greens and unrivaled beauty. With many great golf courses, the architect allows the player an opportunity to warm up placing the easiest holes first. This is the case at Northeast.
