The front deck offers a great location for simply enjoying the panoramic and picturesque views or perhaps applying them to canvas. Or, stroll the path to beautiful Meditation Point and take advantage of its bench to watch the boats entering and leaving Frenchman Bay.

FIRST FLOOR: Open concept Kitchen, Living, and Dining Room with ocean views. Primary Bedroom with Queen Bed with water views and French doors to the deck. Across the hall is a Bedroom with Twin Beds. These two bedrooms share a Full Bath with combined tub and shower. Adjacent to the Kitchen is a Laundry/Pantry area and stairs leading to the second floor.

SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom with Queen and en suite Full Bath with combined tub and shower.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Spacious front deck overlooking ocean. Small deck at entrance. Ledge and natural lawn spaces surround the property with trails leading to the rocky point. Note that the shore is not suitable for launching a kayak as access to the water is a little tricky, but enjoying the view is easy to appreciate! Grill area is located behind the house.
