Warm and inviting well-equipped Kitchen opens to two seating areas and the Dining Area with expansive table, and waterfront views. Service Kitchen with additional refrigerator, sink and dishwasher for entertaining. Private Study has walk through to Full Guest Bath with shower. Anticipated for 2022: Bedroom with queen bed and private entrance to first floor bathroom. Exit to deck off Kitchen or Living Room.
SECOND FLOOR: A grand and winding stairway leads to upper bedrooms. Master Bedroom Suite with King bed, sofa and love seat, desk, TV, private Full Bath and access to upper furnished deck. Bedroom with two Bunk beds: a twin over a queen, and a twin over a twin. This room also features a TV, shared Full Bath, with tub only. Bedroom with King bed, sitting area, desk, TV, and shared Full Bath with tub only. Fifth bedroom coming for the 2022 season will feature King bed with private en suite bathroom with tub only.
OUTDOOR SPACES: The huge wrap-around decks on the ground floor and second floor offer many areas to dine and relax with impressive views of the water and gardens.
NOTE: Fireplaces not available for tenant use.
Anticipated for 2022: The addition of the above mentioned third King bedroom on the second floor and additional bathroom. Addition of First floor Queen bedroom.
About this area:
Bar Harbor's village and surrounding rural residential areas are a popular destination for visitors to Acadia National Park. The town center offers diverse shops, restaurants and activities. Acadia National Park's Hulls Cove entrance, as well as other major entrances, are located just outside the village center. Not all properties listed as 'Bar Harbor' are actually in the village of Bar Harbor, since the town of Bar Harbor encompasses the northern half of Mt. Desert Island, most of which is quite rural in nature. However, homes within this area are usually between five and fifteen minutes' drive to the village center.
