Note: This home is a close neighbor to Hidden House. Each home has its own driveway, however, and only a wooded path connects the two homes. The main home may or may not be occupied during your stay. Rent both together as Hidden House Compound for an additional fee.
About this area:
The village of Seal Harbor has many attributes, including proximity to Northeast and Bar Harbor, a lovely hillside overlooking the quiet harbor and a well-protected public beach. The community abuts Acadia National Park, a significant portion of which was donated by Seal Harbor resident John D. Rockefeller. The Park Loop Road, the Wildwood Riding Stables, historic Jordan Pond House, and the many carriage roads around Day Mountain, Little Long Pond, the Bubbles, and Jordan Pond, are all easily accessible from the village.
