Continue through the open breeze way into the spacious Dining Room and Kitchen which boast bead board ceilings, pendant lighting, a chandelier and wood paneled walls. The Dining Room, which sits eight comfortably around a large wooden table, opens into the gourmet kitchen. The totally remodeled kitchen amenities include granite counter tops, an island with a farmhouse sink, dishwasher, a Jenn-Air refrigerator and Viking range.
SECOND FLOOR: Guests can enjoy three Bedrooms and one renovated Bathroom. Two Bedrooms include a Queen sized bed, night stand, chest and closet. One Bedroom has matching Twin sized beds. The hallway includes a large armoire with additional shelves and drawers for storage. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The Bathroom is beautifully appointed with bead board walls, hexagon tiled floors, a full sized cast iron tub and shower combination and heated floors.
OUTDOOR SPACES: Glass and screened in Front Entry Porch with a wicker cushioned sofa, chair and end table. The Backyard offers space for privacy and entertaining. Guests can enjoy the bricked laid patio with a round glass top table, umbrella, wicker cushioned chairs and gas grill for outdoor BBQs. Additional amenities include a swinging bench, grass lawn, storage shed for bikes and a fully enclosed fence with a gate to keep loved ones safe.

Bar Harbor's village and surrounding rural residential areas are a popular destination for visitors to Acadia National Park. The town center offers diverse shops, restaurants and activities. Acadia National Park's Hulls Cove entrance, as well as other major entrances, are located just outside the village center. Not all properties listed as 'Bar Harbor' are actually in the village of Bar Harbor, since the town of Bar Harbor encompasses the northern half of Mt. Desert Island, most of which is quite rural in nature. However, homes within this area are usually between five and fifteen minutes' drive to the village center.
