Enjoy swimming, boating and relaxing on the deck, and a wonderful view of Long Pond to watch sunsets, kayakers, and fishing off a private dock. Don't have a boat? Not to worry as there's a rental company within a short drive. This adorable camp will be a favorite retreat year after year!
FIRST FLOOR: Living Room with ceiling fan, fireplace, and sliding door to the waterside deck, Kitchen, Bedroom with Queen bed and ceiling fan, Sitting Room with small Twin Sofa bed and door for privacy. Bath with shower. Also a walkout lower level to the patio provides additional space, and some furnishings.
EXTRAS: Waterside deck with furnishings overlooking wonderful Long Pond. Gas grill in back on driveway.

About this area:
Long Pond is the largest freshwater pond on Mt. Desert Island and serves as the reservoir to the village of Southwest Harbor. Swimming, kayaking, and fishing are popular activities on this lovely lake just west of Somesville. Southwest Harbor's village center is approximately fifteen minutes away, and major park entrances are between ten and twenty minutes' drive.
