FIRST FLOOR: Kitchen with counter separates a Dining area with large table and bench seating. Living area with plenty of furnishings, flat-screen TV and sliding glass doors to large deck overlooking the water. Bedroom with Queen bed and second bedroom with Double bed. Full Bath with shower and tub combination.
SECOND FLOOR AND LOFT: Primary Bedroom with Queen bed, flat screen TV and small deck with chairs. Plus an open sleeping Loft is perfect for the kids with two sets of Bunk beds and a Double bed.
OUTDOOR SPACES: Large front deck with plenty of furnishings including lounge chairs, table, chairs and gas grill. Also chairs set up at the waters edge, and two water side hammocks.
EXTRAS: Keurig and crockpot. Spectrum TV/DVR service, fire pit near the lakeshore. Canoe, two kayaks, two rowboats, and dock. Multiple sized life jackets provided.
About this area:
Long Pond is the largest freshwater pond on Mt. Desert Island and serves as the reservoir to the village of Southwest Harbor. Swimming, kayaking, and fishing are popular activities on this lovely lake just west of Somesville. Southwest Harbor's village center is approximately fifteen minutes away, and major park entrances are between ten and twenty minutes' drive.

Pets considered for an additional fee of $150 per pet, per week.

Great place to stay
Fully equipped house, feet from the pond. Had a wonderful time sitting out on the doc after our hikes. There is something magical about Acadia and Long Pond. We will definitely be coming back soon.
