Half Bath, small alcove with dry bar. Eat-in kitchen with ceiling fan, all new high-end appliances, gorgeous granite counter tops, center island, flat screen TV and black walnut dining table that seats 6 comfortably. A wall of windows next to the dining table fills this room with light and opens to the lawn and gardens in front. Laundry room.
SECOND FLOOR: Master Bedroom with cathedral ceiling, King Bed, and large, luxurious private full bath with walk in shower and marble surfaces. Bedroom with trundle bed. Bedroom with Queen Bed. Shared Full Bath with combined tub and shower. Small built-in "nap nook" in the hall that's perfect for curling up for a quick read.
OUTDOOR SPACES: Covered front porch with furnishings and pretty flagstone terrace with furnishings and lovely plantings. Behind the house are sparse woods and ledge, making great spaces for kids to gently explore and play.
LITTLE FOX: (Sleeps 5)
FIRST FLOOR: Main Entry hall with unique hidden closet (push on the panel to open). Spacious living room with large flat screen TV, table with seating for four. Step through the gracious French doors to the front covered terrace. Galley style kitchen with apartment sized refrigerator, two-burner stove, combination convection/microwave oven, and small dishwasher. On the other side of the entry hall, a family room provides a nice spot to relax, or open the second set of French doors to bring the outdoors in from the furnished terrace. Laundry room with stackable washer/dryer.

About this area:
Northeast Harbor has the advantage of being quite close to Acadia National Park's Stanley Brook entrance, not to mention the appeal of the grand, historic summer cottage estates, some of which date to the turn of the century. Northeast Harbor offers high end shopping plus some dining opportunities and boasts an active library, community center, public tennis courts and golf course, and a premier marina.
