Den with TV and Guest Bedroom with King bed and en suite bathroom with large tiled shower. From the sun-drenched living room, enter the dining room with formal table that seats six to ten and French doors to the covered porch and spacious deck overlooking lawn and garden. Gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, counter seating for two and wrap-around window seat. Utility and laundry area off the kitchen also leads to an informal entry/mudroom.

SECOND FLOOR: Sunny Primary Bedroom with Queen bed, lovely distant water views, and grand Private Full Bath with glass walled shower and separate tub. Bedroom with Queen bed enjoys a Private Full Bath with combined tub and shower. Two Bedrooms, one with a King bed (which can be changed to two Twins with advance notice) and one with Twin beds share a bath with large walk in shower. Small office lends itself to working remotely.

LOWER LEVEL: Large open space for yoga, exercise, or indoor play including ping pong, foosball, and a poker table. Half Bath. Media Room with TV for evening movies or rainy day hanging out.

GUEST HOUSE: Located above the detached garage, a small guest house offers a Living/Kitchen area, Bedroom with Queen bed and Full Bath with tub and shower.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Built against the hill, the house enjoys a pretty front yard area, accented with ledge outcroppings and granite landscaping, gardens and low bush blueberries. Behind the house are wooded areas perfect for playing and exploring!
