FIRST FLOOR: Spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Pantry/bar area leads into dining room with fireplace and seating for up to 10. Living room features large curving window seat with views of the pond, two armchairs, fireplace and large flatscreen tv. Desk area at the base of the elegant staircase leading to the second floor.

SECOND FLOOR: Primary Bedroom with four poster queen size bed, fireplace, and views of the pond. Bathroom with walk in seated shower with steam setting. Twin bedroom with balcony, followed by cozy bedroom with a double bed. Second bathroom on the second floor features a gorgeous, deep copper bathtub.

BOATHOUSE: Single bed, small refrigerator and flat-screen tv. Porch with seating for two and sweeping views.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Spacious porch with plenty of seating, views of the pond and a propane grill.

EXTRAS: Use of canoes, lifejackets required. Propane grill.

NOTE: Owner lives on property and may be in residence during your stay. This property is surrounded by National Park, and while very private, there may be the occasional hiker passing by along the Pond's edge. While swimming is not permitted as this is a public water supply, you may enjoy this peaceful pond in a canoe or kayak.
