OUTDOOR SPACES: Two decks, one facing the driveway with seating for two. Larger water facing deck with gas grill, and table with seating for two. Just off the deck is a grassy lawn with plentiful outdoor seating. Babbling brook nearby and path down to the water with easy access for swimming or kayaking. Please note this waterfront is tidal and is dry at low tide so plan any water activity accordingly.

Known as the 'Gateway to Acadia,' Trenton and Lamoine enjoy mainland proximity to Mount Desert Island and Acadia National Park, with access to the expansive Union River Bay and Mt. Desert Narrows. Home to several local lobster pounds and close to Ellsworth dining, many homes in this area enjoy spectacular views of Mt. Desert's peaks, and swimming is generally warmer in the bay waters. Lamoine's public sandy beach, Trenton Community Trails, Wild Acadia Fun Park, and the Stanwood Bird Sanctuary are just a few of its attractions!
