Surrounded by well-tended vegetable and flower gardens, this darling little bungalow in Otter Creek is host to much of the produce supplied to The Burning Tree restaurant next door. Lovingly furnished with attractive interiors and comfortable spaces, “Thelma’s Cottage” is also a great spot to host your vacation! Acadia National Park’s Park Loop Rd, Cadillac’s South Ridge Trail, numerous other popular park attractions are all just down the road. Explore some of Otter Creek’s nearby village trails to walk to Thunder Hole! Bar Harbor’s village center is only 8 minutes away, as is Seal Harbor's charming village and sandy beach.

FIRST FLOOR: Enter the kitchen door from the driveway to a nice sun-filled kitchen space with glass top electric stove. On the right side of the kitchen is a sweet Dining Room with table that seats 4-6 comfortably. To the left is a comfortably furnished Living Room overlooking the front yard and gardens. Note that the sofa opens to a sofa-bed for additional sleeping space if preferred. Down a short hallway are two bedrooms: a Bedroom with Twins and a Bedroom with Queen bed (new mattress as of 2022!). Both bedrooms share a full bath with combined tub and shower, situated at the end of the hall. Laundry facilities are in the basement, accessed in the kitchen.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Outdoor picnic table and seating can be found in the back yard, as well as extensive vegetable and flower gardens.

NOTE: No Dishwasher. Owner’s restaurant employees may on occasion frequent the garden for harvesting or tending, but will at all times do so discreetly and unobtrusively. Your privacy will be well-guarded!
